<p>The Roobee community has significantly expanded over the last few months. We are happy to see many new users joining the Roobee project and so we thought that it would be a fitting time to post a series of introductory articles about the platform. We’ve split this particular article into two parts, with Part 1 exploring our centralized product and Part 2 taking a look at the decentralized side of the Roobee platform. Without further ado, welcome to the Roobee family and let’s dive into Part 1!</p><p>The Roobee project has been active on the market for several years. In 2019, we released our centralized product app.roobee.io, and in 2021 we leaped into the world of DeFi by launching roobee.finance.</p><h2 id="header-0">Basic info about Roobee</h2><p>As we’ve just said, the Roobee project encompasses a number of products and services that are grouped under two main sections – the centralized part and our decentralized solution. With the help of the centralized part of the Roobee platform, users can buy investment products of the traditional market and participate in pre-IPOs. Via the centralized part of Roobee, users can with just a few clicks buy traditional market products like popular ETFs or participate in pre-IPO rounds of companies before the latter go public.</p><p>It’s important to mention that users can purchase traditional market products by paying in crypto and do so with minimal entry thresholds. For example, via Roobee, a user can buy an ETF or join a pre-IPO round with BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, and BUSD.</p><h2 id="header-2">Products available on the centralized part of the Roobee platform</h2><p>We do our utmost to select and provide only top-quality products for users to earn yields on. Roobee users can access traditional market products from various sectors and participate in pre-IPOs of promising companies.</p><p>Let’s talk about each product category in more detail.</p><p><strong>Pre-IPOs</strong></p><p>Since the platform’s launch, Roobee users participated in the pre-IPO rounds of companies like:</p><ul><li>SpaceX</li><li>Airbnb</li><li>Robinhood</li><li>Diamond Foundry</li><li>InVision</li><li>Klarna</li></ul><p>At the moment, the participation in these pre-IPOs is closed — all of the pre-IPO rounds have been successfully completed, and some of the above companies have already gone public.</p><p><strong>ETFs available on the Roobee platform:</strong></p><ul><li>an S&amp;P 500 ETF</li><li>an ETF that invests in real estate investment trusts (REITs)</li><li>SPDR Gold Shares ETF (GLD)</li><li>SPDR Consumer Staples</li><li>the iShares Russell 2000 ETF</li><li>an ETF on companies from the healthcare sector</li><li>iShares Bonds</li><li>an ETF on Chinese tech companies</li><li>an alternative energy ETF</li></ul><p>In addition to standalone ETFs, we regularly add well-balanced portfolios consisting of ETF products from various economic sectors.</p><ul><li>Green Power, a portfolio consisting of two green energy ETFs</li><li>Trending Tech, a portfolio made of four ETFs investing in companies involved in the biotech, IT, eSports, AI industries</li><li>Affected Sectors, a portfolio made of four ETFs that invest in companies involved in the US energy sector, travel, transportation, and airline industries</li><li>Evergreen, a portfolio of two ETFs that allow investors to gain exposure to the marijuana industry</li><li>SPAC/IPO, a portfolio consisting of two ETFs that seek to invest in early-stage companies</li><li>Stay Home, a portfolio consisting of three ETFs that allow investors to gain exposure to sectors like remote work solutions, online retail, sports betting &amp; the iGaming industry</li><li>ElectroFuture, a portfolio made of two ETFs that invest in companies involved in autonomous and electric vehicle technologies and the lithium industry.</li></ul><p>In the future, we will be offering more pre-IPO opportunities and ETF products.</p><h2 id="header-3">Using the ROOBEE token on the centralized part of the platform</h2><p>ROOBEE holders can use the token on the Roobee platform and get the following advantages:</p><ul><li>Fee reduction</li><li>Priority access to pre-IPO products — ROOBEE holders participate in pre-IPOs by bypassing the queue</li><li>The ability to pay pre-IPO participation fees on the platform in ROOBEE tokens</li></ul><p>Users can also use the ROOBEE token on the decentralized part of the Roobee platform. We will touch on that in our next article.</p><h2 id="header-4">Blockchain</h2><p>Proof of each purchase of a particular product gets recorded on the blockchain. Purchase/participation confirmations are done via the BNB Chain network.</p><p>Thanks to the use of blockchain technology, each investment product on the platform has verifiable statistics that is impossible to forge</p><h2 id="header-5">Our partners</h2><p>Roobee strives to establish partnerships with market leaders in order to provide users with top-quality service only.
