Product development company Kronos Advanced Technologies announced it will accept Shiba Inu (SHIB), the second-largest meme coin by market capitalization, for payments.
Shiba Inu enthusiasts welcomed the move by the company that was founded in 2002 with U.S. military funding to develop electrostatic air movers. An <a href="https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1108248/000110824824000004/shibainunewskronos_form_.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">SEC filing</a> stated, “We are thrilled to be the first public company to accept SHIB as a form of payment for our air purification products,” adding:
