<p>Binance continues to linger at the forefront of the blockchain industry despite the ongoing regulatory pressures and Changpeng Zhao’s resignation. According to a recent CryptoQuant <a href="https://cryptoquant.com/asset/btc/chart/exchange-flows/exchange-reserve?exchange=binance&amp;window=DAY&amp;sma=0&amp;ema=0&amp;priceScale=log&amp;metricScale=linear&amp;chartStyle=line" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">report</a>, non-US users of Binance are less likely to withdraw their holdings on the platform.</p>
