Experts and some market observers believe that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will likely <a href="https://twitter.com/JSeyff/status/1741119130705473948" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">extend a nod of approval</a> to Bitcoin ETF filers by next week. Per a Reuter report, the crypto community is looking forward to receiving the spot Bitcoin ETF approval for the numerous applications by either Tuesday or Wednesday.&nbsp;
<h2 id="b-asset-managers-prepare-to-launch-bitcoin-etf-b">Asset Managers Prepare to Launch Bitcoin ETF&nbsp;</h2>
Markedly, this greenlight would be the clearance that the ETF filers need to launch the product. Its coming would mark a significant pivot for top asset management firms like BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, WisdomTree, Invesco Galaxy, Bitwise, and many others that applied with the SEC.
On the part of a number of these ETF filers, they have put in all required measures to ensure they do not fall behind in the race for the physically-backed ETF product. Generally, they have demonstrated readiness to launch the new product.&nbsp;

Amidst the yuletide season, the SEC asked EFT filers to submit the <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/sec-set-deadline-for-s-1-spot-bitcoin-etf-amendment-filing/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">final amendment of their S-1 filing before December 29th</a>. This is to ensure that the filers are part of the first wave of potential approval.&nbsp;
In response to this call to action, <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/grayscale-resubmits-spot-bitcoin-etf-as-barry-silbert-resigns/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Grayscale resubmitted its spot Bitcoin ETF application</a>. This was around the time when Barry Silbert stepped down as Chairman of the firm’s board of directors. Similarly, Invesco Galaxy, Bitwise, WisdomTree, and Fidelity Investments <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/invesco-galaxy-and-others-beat-secs-final-bitcoin-etf-amendment-deadline/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">submitted the final amendment of their spot Bitcoin ETF S-1 filings</a>. Most of these filers turned in their amendments a few hours before the deadline was up.
Experts who are familiar with the terrain believe that the ETF filers’ compliance with the SEC’s deadline will trigger the quick launch of the product. The request for a final amendment by the SEC also suggests a potential approval. In the meantime, the agency’s window to either approve or reject ARK 21Shares’ spot Bitcoin ETF application is still January 10.
<h2 id="b-keiser-raises-concerns-on-future-bitcoin-outlook-b">Keiser Raises Concerns on Future Bitcoin Outlook</h2>
Amidst the excitement and pressure to receive the SEC’s approval for Bitcoin ETF, some criticism has shown up.&nbsp;
Top influencer and crypto analyst Max Keiser took to X to say that the “13 Bitcoin cash-in, cash-out ETFs” are susceptible to manipulation by Wall Street. Precisely, he highlighted that high-profile figures like JPMorgan’s CEO Jamie Dimon will have significant control over the process of Bitcoin.
Keiser says this would continue until there is interference from more direct investors like Michael Saylor, MicroStrategy’s founder.
