<p>In 2023, the crypto landscape experienced a dynamic shift in investor interest. According to recent data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GameFi have particularly attracted investors throughout the year.</p>

<p>AI emerged as the dominant force, constituting 11.3% of the overall interest in cryptocurrencies. This renewed interest is attributed to the momentum gained by promotional efforts, especially since the launch of ChatGPT.</p>
<p>In this context, AI-related cryptos like Akash Network (AKT) and Render (RNDR) recorded substantial gains, reaching peaks 13 and 12 times higher than their prices on January 1, 2023, respectively.</p>
<p>Similarly, GameFi made a strong comeback, claiming 10.5% of the interest in cryptocurrencies in 2023. During this period, the GameFi crypto segment experienced significant growth, with ImmutableX (IMX) standing out as the top-performing GameFi asset.</p>

<p>Meme cryptocurrencies take the 3rd spot in crypto interest in 2023 with 8.3%. Apparently, interest in memecoins remained robust throughout the year, with massive enthusiasm for Pepe, HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu.</p>
<p>However, it’s the resurgence of the memecoin Bonk that is striking. Indeed, Bonk claims the title of the most significant memecoin in terms of gains. It surpassed its valuation on January 1, 2023, by over 129 times.</p>
<p>On a different note, statistics show that the Solana ecosystem occupies the 4th place in crypto interest in 2023 with 7.2%. This blockchain has demonstrated resilience, multiplying its annual low by 11, reaching $121.45 on December 26, 2023. SOL, <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/en/crypto-max-keiser-warns-of-potential-drop-in-solana-sol/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana’s native crypto</a>, is currently trading around $100, down 7.92% in the last 24 hours.</p>
