Tinoco misled <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="exclude">investors</a> by using their funds for personal luxuries instead of legitimate investments. A federal court mandated the payment of $6.2 million in restitution to approximately 200 victims, alongside $6.2 million in disgorgement and an $18.8 million civil monetary penalty.</p>
