Decentralized exchange <a href="https://www.blockhead.co/2023/03/23/sushiswap-served-with-sec-subpoena/blockhead.co/tag/sushiswap" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">SushiSwap</a> and its CEO Jared Grey have been subpoenaed by the US Securities &amp; Exchange Commission.Grey made the announcement on Tuesday via SushiSwap&#39;s <a href="https://forum.sushi.com/t/establish-sushi-legal-defense-fund/11813?ref&#61;blockhead.co" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">forum</a>. In September, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a lawsuit against Ooki DAO.
