Well is the combination of her first three letters and the constellations, which she really is intrigued by.<img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/optimized-uploads/c692c7341d5749cda4292781f2d2d5ad.png" /><h3 id="strong-a-little-strong-about-39-strong-catstellations-strong-39">A Little About &#39;Catstellations.&#39;</h3>Catalina was born and raised in Cartagena, Colombia. Some details you might not know are that she&#39;s into pop culture gossip, loves running, and recently got a dachshund named Pistacho.Catalina has always been into social media and loves everything about creating and engaging with communities. &#34;In the past, I&#39;ve worked in various advertising agencies that gave me the role of a social media manager and worked with multiple local brands.&#34; She says these past jobs taught her how to manage a content schedule for every channel.<h3 id="strong-when-moonland-met-catalina-or-catstellations-strong">When Moonland met Catalina, or ‘Catstellations.’</h3>Moonland met Catalina in late September 2022, and in October, she fully onboarded managing Moonland&#39;s various channels and engaging with the Moonlanders. One great memory she remembers of her first months in Moonland was having the opportunity to travel to in November to Miramar for a Team Building event. In addition, she enjoyed meeting some of the Moonland team since we work from different locations worldwide.Her favorite thing about being part of the Moonland team is &#34;working with people from all around the world that value your input, work and always have the patience and disposition to help when needed.&#34; She recalls having significant professional accomplishments since she arrived on the team: &#34;My major accomplishment is keeping the consistency on all channels and in different accounts and learning new social media channels, like Discord.  Also, to be part of cool AMAs.&#34;If you&#39;re into social media, community management, and content management, Catalina&#39;s biggest advice is, &#34;PLAN AHEAD AND HAVE A CONTENT SCHEDULE. Have a day or two to plan all your content, captions, and graphics; this will keep you organized on all social media channels.
