<h2 id="header-0">Donation to World Animal Protection</h2><p>Gm Pawtherians!</p><p>The Pawthereum community, come “bearing” a special treat for bears…</p><p>Today, in partnership with <a href="https://safemoon.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">SafeMoon</a> and <a href="https://auradogs.xyz/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Aurora Dogs</a> we are announcing a combined donation of $6,500 to <a href="https://www.worldanimalprotection.dk/crypto" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">World Animal Protection</a>, a global non-profit dedicated to the well-being of animals everywhere.</p><p>In <a href="https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe66bb74e16170a8ec918702fa4cd776e18d50ec64b0f48b8899447d2abc3a95f" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">this Ethereum transaction</a>, $1,000 was donated from Pawthereum and $750 was donated by Aurora Dogs (Aurora Dogs donated $1,000 in Harmony One tokens but after bridging and fees, $750 remained). This donation was matched by The Giving Block bringing the total to $3,500. SafeMoon has also joined the campaign with $1,500<strong> </strong>donated in US Dollars (matched by World Animal Protection). SafeMoon is a human-focused technology and innovation business expanding blockchain technologies for a brighter tomorrow. Our swap not only enables any project to have a charitable component, but it also relieves sell pressure from charts with our innovative Dexonomics!</li><li>PawSwap Leaderboard: We want charitable crypto giving to be fun, meaningful, and easy! Our PawSwap leaderboard will highlight tokens with the most charitable communities! Coming soon…</li><li>Increased Decentralization: We are aiming to make Pawthereum a completely decentralized protocol. While the core team has earned trust with over a year of executing the outcomes of votes on-chain with a multi-sig, this is not good enough. Pawthereum should be a completely autonomous protocol that can be executed or upgraded exclusively by the voting power of the community.</li></ul><p>Well Pawtherians, that’s it for now.
