On July 8, Zodia Custody, a high-caliber digital asset custodian endorsed by major financial players like Standard Chartered, SBI Holdings, Northern Trust, and National Australia Bank, unveiled its collaboration with Maple Finance, a pioneer in the cryptocurrency lending domain.

As per the collaboration terms, Zodia Custody will safeguard the collateral provided to Maple Finance, thereby offering its clients the opportunity to leverage their digital assets' value without stepping outside the ecosystem.
The alliance is anticipated to begin operations in Q3 of 2024, aiming to deliver custodial services for Maple Finance's international lending activities.
This partnership is also set to integrate support for the Maple (MPL) token within Zodia's <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/dormant-bitcoin-wallet-activity-impact" title="wallets" class="f-link" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">wallets</a>. The platform asserts that this strategic move is geared towards fulfilling the market's demand for optimizing returns on diverse value reserves.
At press time, the MPL token was hovering at $11.56, after an intraday decline of 0.32% with $51,092,820 in market cap and $688,022 in 24-hour volume. In the last week, the token declined from $13.55 on July 2 to $11.13 on July 8, showcasing a 14.65% decline.&nbsp;

On July 5, the custodian joined forces with JellyC, an Investment Manager to diversify its custody solutions by offering clients increased security and compliance. to do so, the Manager will be offered access to Zodia’s technology including cold-storage security, bank-level compliance and governance, loss prevention measures, etc.
Similarly, on July 2, the platform joined forces with Metrika, a top-tier platform specializing in the management of digital asset risks. This partnership underscores their commitment to establishing a comprehensive risk management system and continuous oversight, thereby reinforcing their resolve to uphold risk control and regulatory adherence, and in turn, securing the confidence and reliability esteemed by their clients and partners.
