<p>According to the <a href="https://x.com/QwQiao/article/1811023241244238163/media/1809233276789293056" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">report</a> from Alliance, Europe surpasses the United States and Canada by holding the top spot for new crypto startups. Its share represents <strong>31.4% in the first half of 2024</strong>. This European dominance can be explained by more favorable policies towards innovation and blockchain.</p>
<p>In contrast, the uncertainty related to <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/en/crypto-the-white-house-can-now-freeze-your-assets/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">American regulations</a> (notably the SEC’s approach) has led many founders to seek opportunities elsewhere.</p>
