Moreover, the study indicated that 83 percent of surveyed organizations plan to implement AI-powered solutions by 2028, with employers willing to pay a premium of at least 25 percent for AI-skilled talent.</p>

In response to these barriers, Amazon launched the “AI Ready” initiative in the previous year, with a commitment to provide AI training to two million individuals worldwide by 2025.</p>

According to Coral Kennett, the head of education for Amazon Web Services in Canada, “No matter how much time you have or budget you have, there’s so many different options that are available.” The key is to initiate the learning process and gradually progress.</p>
