NEOPIN will not be distributing the rewards to any other wallet addresses other than the NEOPIN App’s $NPT wallet addresses. - If a wrong wallet address is submitted, NEOPIN will not be responsible for the rewards sent to a different wallet address than the one intended by the submitter. - Please be aware that the NEOPIN App’s KYC verification process may take up to 3 business days to complete. To participate in the event, please submit your KYC verification documents ahead of time. - Even after the KYC verification has been completed, if there is a problem with the submitted materials, the KYC verification may be cancelled and the reward may not be received. Please proceed with the KYC verification as normal with valid documents to receive rewards. - The rewards will be distributed within 2 weeks after the AMA campaign ends. - By submitting questions and participating in the event, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms above.
