<h3 id="strong-1-you-said-bard-x1f440-strong">1/ You said Bard? &#x1f440;</h3>We said we won&#39;t talk about chatGPT, well, let&#39;s named it another way. &#x1f92b;After the wave of the one &#34;Who Must Not Be Named&#34; and it’s recent integration into Bing engine, it&#39;s time to make room for Google Bard.Bard is a new generative AI based on the search engine technology.It’s a scaled down version of what we call LaMDA* and created by Google.LaMDA* for Language Model for Dialogue Applications, a family of a conversational neural language models developed by Google and pre-trained on more than 1.56 trillion words.In short, LaMDA is like a teacher that learns to computers how to understand our words and dialogues and how to reply naturally to our questions.<h3 id="strong-2-what-can-you-find-in-google-bard-x1f50e-strong">2/ What can you find in Google Bard? &#x1f50e;</h3>Google Bard is an AI search engine trained on Infiniset (aka a dataset).Infiniset is rich of informations from divers sources such as:<ol><li>Public dialogue data,</li><li>Web text including:</li></ol><ul><li>C4 based data (it’s a graphical notation technique to understand how softwares work)</li><li>Code documents</li><li>Web documents</li><li>Dialogues data from public forum</li></ul><h3 id="strong-3-is-google-bard-as-good-as-cha-34-you-know-what-34-x1f47e-strong">3/ Is Google Bard as good as cha...&#34;You-Know-What&#34;? &#x1f47e;</h3>We will see.Those who are promoting Google Bard argue that it’s supposed to index newest data, interpret it and surface it in a more interesting way.But again, let’s see.<h3 id="strong-4-how-far-google-bard-can-be-impactful-as-a-generative-ai-x1f914-strong">4/ How far Google Bard can be impactful as a generative AI? &#x1f914;</h3>Google Bard is supposed to improve search result.But we can’t assimilate this tool or even OpenAI solution to a proper AI such as the one created by these <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/community/articles/63f615deb7d21212b7e66c0d/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">projects</a> or Galeon for example (medical AI).Yes, you can use Bard to do some medical research, But health professionals cannot limit themselves to this as a basis for their diagnoses. The same is true for researchers or scientists.Data quality is in no way comparable.
