 <p>Blockchain gaming ecosystem <a href="https://www.oasys.games/" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"><span>Oasys</span></a> has announced a strategic partnership with the non-custodial asset bridge provider, Celer Network.&nbsp;</p>
 <p>This collaboration is a major move in the push to enhance digital asset interoperability, and will inaugurate support for the Bridged <a href="https://coinpaper.com/2277/usdc-vs-usdt-who-owns-the-title-of-the-king-of-stablecoins" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"><span>USDC</span></a> Standard on the Oasys blockchain. It will subsequently improve the utility and adoption of stablecoin assets in the gaming and blockchain sectors as well.</p>
 <h2 id="oasys-to-implement-the-bridged-usdc-standard">Oasys To Implement the Bridged USDC Standard</h2>
 <p>Developed by the global fintech firm Circle Internet Financial (Circle), the <a href="https://www.circle.com/blog/bridged-usdc-standard" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"><span>Bridged USDC standard</span></a> aims to enable a seamless upgrade path from bridged USDC to native USDC for eligible blockchain networks in the future.&nbsp;</p>
 <p>Given the fact that USDC is the largest regulated US dollar-backed <a href="https://coinpaper.com/2258/tether-vs-usdc-or-pyusd-pay-pal-usd-and-popular-stablecoins-compared" target="_self" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"><span>stablecoin</span></a>, the crypto’s integration into new chains could accelerate the adoption of dollar-denominated payments.</p>
 <p>Through its partnership with Celer, developers and users within the Oasys ecosystem will gain access to a new deployment of bridged USDC which also adheres to Circle’s standard.&nbsp;</p>
 <p>Effective immediately, this new bridged USDC will be recognized as Bridged USDC (Celer). It will trade under the ticker symbol USDC.e, and be backed 1:1 by USDC locked in Ethereum-based smart contracts.</p>
 <p>Developers and users will have a full year to swap their legacy bridged USDC (USDC.e-legacy) to the new USDC.e token. Alternatively, they will also be able to un-bridge it back to Ethereum during this window. For more information, developers and users can refer to the Oasys blog.
