 <li>7% for people who used apps built on Blast</li>
 <li>3% is set aside for the Blur Foundation (we'll explain this in a bit)</li>

If you're among the top 1,000 users based on "points" (probably from how much you've used the network), there's a catch. You'll get your tokens, but you can't sell them all at once.
