<div></div><p>Movie fans are already feeling an exciting year at the box office, with a plethora of highly anticipated movies already at the theatres and more to come as time passes. One of the most talked-about movies is the long-awaited superhero epic, <a href="https://technext24.com/2023/02/24/ant-man-and-the-wasp-quantumaniareview/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania</a> and the super gun-fu <a href="https://technext24.com/2023/03/28/john-wick-4-movie-review/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">John Wick 4</a>. In this instalment, the beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days.</p><p><em>Peter Quill</em>, still reeling from the loss of <em>Gamora</em>, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.</p><p>“<strong>Fast X</strong>“:</p><pre class="wp-block-verse">Fast X will come out on May 19<br>Directed by:&nbsp;Justin Lin</pre><figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"><div id="_ytid_86186" class="__youtube_prefs__ epyt-facade epyt-is-override no-lazyload"><img class="epyt-facade-poster skip-lazy" alt="YouTube player" src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/32RAq6JzY-w/maxresdefault.jpg"></div></div></figure><p>We are not exactly sure fans are anticipating this, especially with the impossible tricks that the last instalment gave us, but it is Vin Diesel, so expect he has listened.</p><p>In this, Jason Momoa is changing course from “Aquaman”&nbsp;to “Fast X”&nbsp;to play the main villain. <em>Dante</em>, his character in the tenth instalment of the&nbsp;“Fast &amp; Furious”&nbsp;saga, is the antithesis of Vin Diesel’s <em>Dominic Toretto</em>.</p><p><em>Dante</em>‘s story goes way back to the fifth instalment after <em>Dominic</em> and his family dethroned a mafia empire in Brazil. This is the one that caused a raucous on social media when it was known that the main character would be a black mermaid. The racist ones want to continue to see a white mermaid. Interestingly, people rallied for the movie, and it hopes to have a glorious outing.</p><p>According to the film’s listing on&nbsp;<a href="https://www.amctheatres.com/movies/the-little-mermaid-62353" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">AMC’s website</a>, it looks like we’re in for a prolonged stay in <em>Ariel</em> (Halle Bailey) and <em>Eric</em>‘s (Jonah Hauer-King) kingdoms, as it’s reported the film will be 2 hours and 15 minutes long.</p><p>The upcoming big-screen blockbuster will retell the tale of the 1989 adventure under the sea, albeit with&nbsp;some notable changes updating it&nbsp;for the modern day.&nbsp;</p><p>“<strong>Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse</strong>“:</p><pre class="wp-block-verse">"Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" will hit the theatres on June 2<br>Directed by:&nbsp;Joaquim Dos Santos</pre><figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"><div id="_ytid_40394" class="__youtube_prefs__ epyt-facade epyt-is-override no-lazyload"><img class="epyt-facade-poster skip-lazy" alt="YouTube player" src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/shW9i6k8cB0/maxresdefault.jpg"></div></div></figure><p>This instalment is the sequel to&nbsp;“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”&nbsp;(2018) and is set in a shared&nbsp;multiverse&nbsp;of&nbsp;alternate universes&nbsp;called the “Spider-Verse”.&nbsp;</p><p>In the film, <em>Gwen Stacy</em>, the <em>Spider-Woman</em> from an alternate Earth, finds a way to make contact with <em>Miles Morales</em> in his bedroom. She has joined a group of Spider-Heroes from across the multiverse who call themselves the Spider Society.</p><p>At <em>Gwen</em>’s request, <em>Miles</em> has joined the Spider Society to help them take on The Spot, a new villain whose portal powers may bring down the multiverse itself. But <em>Miles</em> clashes with the leader of the Spider Society.</p><p>“<strong>Transformers: Rise of the Beasts</strong>“:</p><pre class="wp-block-verse">"Transformers: Rise of the Beasts"&nbsp;will be released on June 9

Now, <em>Tyler</em><em>Rake</em> is coming back from the dead?</p><p>The movie will be a sequel to 2020’s Netflix blockbuster “Extraction”, with lead actor Chris Hemsworth reprising the role of <em>Tyler Rake</em>, a mercenary for hire, as he takes on a drug lord to save a kidnapped child.</p><p>The plot of “Extraction 2” is expected to pick up where the first movie left off, rising from the dead.</p><p>“<strong>Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny</strong>“:</p><pre class="wp-block-verse">"Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" will be out on June 30
