Manivel eventually moved $4 million to an offshore account in her name and $1 million to Singh&#39;s account.As CryptoPotato revealed in August, Crypto.com filed a lawsuit against Manivel, claiming reimbursement for the monies spent. At the court hearing, Manivel alleged Singh told her he won the money in a Crypto.com tournament, explaining why the monies were not returned.Manivel and Singh both pled not guilty to many accusations levelled against them, and the former was released on bond during the committal hearing while the latter remained in detention. While officials have seized $7.3 million, $3.1 million is still owed, with $2.2 million remaining in the offshore account.Despite opposition from Constable Healy and Prosecutor Peter Botros, who stated that it was simpler for Singh to depart Australia before his arrest because he had no work, steady abode, or family, the judge granted the bail. Singh would be unable to exit the nation, according to Judge Holding, because the bail conditions would require him to forfeit his passport.
