The MOBIX team has developed an algorithm that identifies and distinguishes various modes of transportation, while maintaining the privacy of individual users. This enables the team to determine whether trips have been taken with zero-emission vehicles. Additionally, MOBIX users are rewarded with MOBIX Miles for each trip, which can be converted into MOBIX tokens every Monday. However, the current focus on micromobility excludes electric vehicle users from these benefits. The good news is that MOBIX plans to expand its coverage to include ecomobility, meaning that electric vehicle drivers will soon be able to take advantage of the MOBIX app as well.Similar to using a bike, eBike, cargo bike, or eScooter, driving an electric vehicle (EV) will also earn you MOBIX Miles. However, the reward system for EVs differs from that of micromobility vehicles. With micromobility, the MOBIX Miles are earned based on completed trips, whereas for EVs, MOBIX Miles will be rewarded for charging your vehicle. As soon as you finish charging your EV, you will receive MOBIX Miles.
