<p>The non-fungible token market has suffered another rough month, marked by a plunge in sales volume and floor price values. The global non-fungible token market sales volume has dropped more than 50% this ending month, the lowest trading sales volume since October 2023. <p>Data compiled by <a href="https://www.cryptoslam.io/">cryptoslam.io</a>, an on-chain crypto assets market aggregator and a multi-chain non-fungible token explorer, shows that the global non-fungible token market has tanked again this month. In the past 30 days, the global NFT market has raised a trading sales volume of $625 million, representing a 54.71% drop from the past month.</p>

<p>Bitcoin, the blockchain network renowned in the NFT market for powering Ordinals and BRC-20 non-fungible token collections, is this month’s most-traded blockchain network in the NFT ecosystem. In the past 30 days, the Bitcoin-based NFT collections have recorded a sales volume of $181 million. Bitcoin NFT sales volume has dropped 68% this month from the past month.</p>

<p>Ethereum, the blockchain network powering Ether and renowned in the NFT market for hosting most blue-chip non-fungible token collections, has been this month’s second top-traded NFT blockchain network. In the past 30 days, the Ethereum-based NFT collections have recorded a trading sales volume of $165 million. Ethereum NFT sales have plunged 55% from the past month.</p> 
<p>Solana, a public, open-source blockchain that supports smart contracts, including non-fungible tokens and various decentralized applications, has been this month’s third most-traded NFT blockchain network. In the past 30 days, the Solana-based NFT collections have recorded a trading sales volume of $93 million. Solana NFT sales have dropped 48% from the past month.</p> 
<p>Blast, an Ethereum Layer Two blockchain network from the Blur NFT market platform team, and Polygon, an Ethereum scaling solution, were May’s fourth and fifth most-traded NFT blockchains. In the past 30 days, the Blast-based NFTs have amassed a sales volume of $55 million, while Polygon-based NFTs have raised a trading sale volume of $50 million.</p>
