<p>A user’s address, identified as 0x21…f7D9, was compromised by a scammer operating from the address 0xAb…ACa7 just a minute after the user had withdrawn 4.46 million USDT from Kraken. According to Scam Sniffer, the user fell victim to a USDT mining scam that impersonated a Coinone cryptocurrency mining exchange.</p> 
<p>This form of scamming is not new but continues to dupe victims out of significant amounts of money. To date, similar USDT authorized mining scams have robbed users of an estimated 337 million USDT. The scammer forges the look and feel of a legitimate mining site, in this case posing as Coinone, to lure users into depositing their tokens.</p>
