Swan Bitcoin has initiated a lawsuit against its former employees, accusing them of stealing intellectual property and its mining business. According to the company's statements, the employees unlawfully copied proprietary code and data to establish a competing firm, Proton Management. 
The lawsuit also alleges that the former employees attempted to solicit Swan Bitcoin's clients and partners, including vendors and financial partners. The company believes these actions have caused significant damage to its business reputation and financial standing. 
Swan Bitcoin is seeking a court injunction against Proton Management and compensation for damages, with the amount to be determined during legal proceedings. Company representatives stated their intention to protect their interests and intellectual property by all legal means.
