<p>The SEC has once again delayed its decision on the listing of Ethereum ETF options. This is causing some frustration among crypto investors. The new dates announced push the decision to November 10, 2024, for Nasdaq ISE and November 11, 2024, for NYSE American LLC.</p>

<p>This delay is part of <strong>a more comprehensive SEC strategy</strong>, which prefers to evaluate every detail before giving the green light to crypto derivatives. The crypto regulator has, however, approved the listing of options on <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/en/the-sec-approves-trading-options-for-blackrocks-bitcoin-etf/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETF</a>. This shows a certain relaxation in its position on crypto products.</p>

<p><strong>BlackRock and Grayscale’s requests</strong> specifically aim at listing options for their Ethereum ETFs.</p>
<ul>
 <li>The BlackRock iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) could become the first product to offer options on Nasdaq ISE. An evolution that would provide more affordable exposure to the crypto-asset Ethereum!</li>
 <li>The NYSE American LLC, on the other hand, plans to list options on the Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) and the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. This would increase the diversity of available crypto products.</li>
