Due to a planned network upgrade, Upbit has temporarily suspended withdrawal services for Luna Classic (LUNC) starting from September 18, 2024, at 12:00. In an official announcement, the exchange confirmed that both deposits and withdrawals for LUNC will be paused to accommodate the upgrade.

The suspension will remain in effect until the network upgrade is confirmed to be stable. However, Upbit assures users that LUNC trading will not be impacted during this period and that services will resume as soon as the upgrade is successfully completed.

Terra Classic (LUNC) is the name given to the former blockchain after a fork of the Terra blockchain in May 2022. The Terra blockchain is a decentralized protocol that allows users to create stablecoins. The Terra Classic blockchain enabled users to instantly mint, hold, trade, or swap Terra Classic stablecoins.
