Dexter, the founder of gm.ai and Whales Market, spoke to the community via the social media platform X, acknowledging a series of management failures and communication errors that negatively impacted investors. He accepted full responsibility for these issues and pledged to rectify the situation, aiming to restore investor confidence.

Beginning his address, Dexter admitted that gm.ai faced problems due to poor management, unfortunate timing, and weak communication from the team. He emphasized the company’s commitment to unite investors, stating, “Today, we take responsibility and promise a path forward to unite our investors.”

Recalling the team’s past efforts reassured the community. He also mentioned instances where team members personally reimbursed seed investors when projects failed, reflecting their commitment to ethical practices. 
Addressing specific issues related to gm.ai, Dexter clarified that neither the team nor the founder cashed out pre-sale funds, nor did they engage in any rug pull scams. To enhance transparency and accountability, gm.ai plans to transfer remaining pre-sale funds to a public wallet once the compensation process starts. Dexter mentioned that detailed plans for this compensation initiative would be announced on Friday.

Looking ahead, Dexter expressed optimism about a compensation plan aimed at providing at least partial refunds to GM token investors. “We believe there will be options for at least partial compensation for GM investors moving forward. We will share all details this Friday,” he stated. 
Investors and stakeholders are now awaiting details of the compensation plan, hoping for a transparent and effective solution to the challenges faced by gm.ai. Dexter’s commitment to addressing past mistakes and outlining a clear path forward signals a significant effort to rebuild trust and stabilize the project’s future.
