Andrew Tate has lost another appeal as he attempts to end his detention in Romania.

The kickboxer-turned-influencer was arrested in late December amid allegations of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized crime group.

Tate's brother Tristan, as well as two Romanian women, were also detained at the time. All four have denied wrongdoing.

Last month, a judge ruled that Tate's detention should be extended until Feb. 27 — giving prosecutors time to build a case against him.

But the crypto trader's legal team sought to challenge this decision, arguing that there isn't enough evidence to justify such a move.

In the Bucharest Court of Appeal, a judge disagreed — amid fears that Tate could be a flight risk if he ends up being bailed.

As he was escorted into the courthouse on Wednesday, he shouted "you know I'm innocent" at reporters — and claimed that "there's no justice in Romania."

Prior to his arrest, Tate had been banned from a number of social networks amid concerns that his content is misogynistic.

However, Elon Musk lifted his ban on Twitter after taking over the site.

Tate's Twitter account has since been used as a vessel for protesting his innocence, and has recently taken to sharing quotes from Nelson Mandela.
