Crypto Taxes May Increase in U.S. 🇺🇸

A bipartisan infrastructure bill in Congress is proposing to raise $28 billion from those who invest in digital assets. Under the plans, businesses would have to report all transfers of digital assets worth more than $10,000 to the IRS. Robinhood Completes IPO 🔥

Robinhood has successfully completed its initial public offering — raising a cool $2.1 billion in the process. A total of 55 million shares were sold for $38 apiece. However, this is at the lower end of the $38 to $42 range that had been established. All of this means that the popular trading app now commands a value of $31.8 billion. Number of Crypto Users Surges 📈

The number of people using cryptocurrencies around the world has doubled in six months. Crypto.com says the global crypto population now stands at 221 million. It attributed this surge to an influx of new users who were interested in tokens like SHIB and DOGE. Altcoins performed more strongly following Elon Musk's criticisms about Bitcoin. See the report.
